The payments list can quickly contain thousands of lines. Filters are the main tool to precisely isolate the collections you want to analyze, export or contact. This page lists all available filters, how to combine them, and proposes ready-to-use recipes.

Open the filters panel​

    Go to the payments list

    Finance sidebar β†’ Payments. Admin route /app/paiements/list.

    Click on Filters

    The Filters button opens a left side panel with all filters grouped by category.

    Combine as many filters as needed

    Each checked filter restricts the list in real time. The statistics at the top of the page update automatically.

Combine multiple filters​

All filters combine with logical AND: the list displays payments that satisfy all checked criteria.

If the list becomes empty, lighten your filters one by one to identify which one excludes too much.

Preparation of the quarterly HMRC declaration (British organizations).

You can combine filters with search by donor. For example, first isolate all payments from Sarah Cohen, then add the Method = Check filter to see only her checks.

Filter + export​

Once the list is filtered, the Export button at the top right downloads an XLSX file containing exactly the displayed lines. This is the most powerful combination to prepare a targeted report. See Export for accountant.

Filter + create a message campaign​

The Create a message campaign button sends an email or SMS to all donors in the filtered list β€” no more, no less. See Create a message campaign.
