Switch organization
You manage several communities or several structures with the same email address? Unisoft allows you to switch between your different spaces without having to log out and log back in.
Locate the organization indicator
In the header of your space, on the right, you see the logo of the active organization. This is your entry point to switch.
Procedure

Click on the organization logo
In the top banner, on the right, click on the logo of your current organization.

Choose an organization from the list
A window opens with the list of all the organizations to which your account has access. For each organization, you see its logo and name.
If the list is long, use the search bar at the top of the window to filter by name.

Switch
Click on the 🔀 (switch) icon to the right of the target organization.

Wait for the reload
Unisoft completely reloads the interface in the context of the new organization. After a few seconds, you arrive on the dashboard of this organization.
How do I know which organization I am on?
- The logo and name displayed to the right of the header are those of the active organization.
- If you have a doubt, open the user menu (your avatar) then click on My organization: you see the full name and contact details.
Special cases
You want to add a new organization to your account
This operation is not done in self-service. Contact:
- Either the main administrator of the organization you want to join — they can add you in the Users section.
- Or the Unisoft team at contact@unisoft.world if you create a new structure.
You no longer want to see an organization in the list
Ask an administrator of this organization to remove your access. As long as you are attached to it, it will appear in the selector.
An organization has disappeared from the list
Your access may have been revoked. Contact the administrator of the concerned organization.
