My account is the Unisoft user menu. It does not appear in the left sidebar: it opens by clicking on your avatar at the top right of the backoffice. The dropdown menu that appears groups everything related to your personal account and — if you are an administrator — to your organization's configuration.

Open the menu

   Locate your avatar

   At the top right of the backoffice, your photo (or your initials) is shown next to your organization name. This is the user avatar.

   Click on it

   A dropdown menu opens with the pages available according to your rights.

   Choose the page

   Click on the entry that interests you. You arrive directly on the corresponding page.

The organization's avatar is used to switch communities

Just to the left of the user menu, the logo of your organization has another use: clicking on it opens the "Switch organization" window if your account is attached to several communities. Do not confuse the two clicks.

What you see according to your profile

The menu is not the same for everyone. Unisoft adapts the entries displayed based on your access type.

Standard user

If you are a team member without the administrator role, you see two entries:

Preferences, accessible to all

The Preferences page is available to all users, not only administrators. Everyone can personalize their own notifications and enable their AI assistant, regardless of their role.

Advanced pages (by direct URL)

Two pages intended for administrators do not appear in the dropdown menu to keep it light. They are accessible directly by their URL:
