The My organization page is the legal and public profile of your community in Unisoft. This is where you define who you are (name, logo, address), who represents you (manager displayed to donors and partners) and, if applicable, the secondary entities attached to your account (virtual organizations).

Everything configured here is publicly visible

The information on this page is used almost everywhere in Unisoft:

• On your public site (header, footer, legal notices)
• In emails sent to donors (signature, contact details)
• On tax receipts issued (header, address, signatory manager)
• On public payment pages
• In invoices sent to your partners

A modification here propagates to the whole. Check carefully before validating.

Access it

Two paths:

• From the user menu: avatar at the top right → My Organization.
• By direct URL: /app/info/tabs.

Reserved for administrators

The My organization page is only accessible to administrator-type users. Other profiles (treasurer, secretary, volunteer, etc.) do not see it in their menu and cannot access it even by direct URL.

If you need to modify the organization profile and you do not see this entry, ask an administrator of your organization, or contact Unisoft support.

The three tabs

The page is organized in tabs. Two tabs are fixed (My organization, Contact information), and an additional tab is added for each existing virtual organization.

What is a virtual organization?

A virtual organization is a secondary entity attached to your main organization in Unisoft. It is useful when your community manages several legally or operationally distinct identities, without justifying two separate Unisoft accounts.

Typical examples:

• A branch in another city with a different name, logo and address
• A subsidiary or a sister association attached to the same team
• A patronage structure distinct from the main cultural organization

Each virtual organization has its own profile (name, logo, address) and appears as an additional tab in this page. This allows your donors to see the right name and the right address on their tax receipts depending on the structure to which they donate.

Virtual organizations are created by Unisoft support

You cannot create a virtual organization from this page: it is a configuration operation handled by the Unisoft support team. The page only allows you to modify the information of those that already exist.

To have a new virtual organization created, contact your Unisoft representative.
