Contact information
This tab defines the manager of your organization as they are publicly displayed in Unisoft. This is the reference person whom your donors, your partners and the organizations (Stripe, banks, suppliers) will see as the contact point.
Access itβ
- User menu: avatar at the top right β My Organization β Contact information tab.
- Direct URL:
/app/info/tabs(then select the second tab).
The four fieldsβ
All fields of this form are required. You will not be able to validate as long as a field is empty.
First name of the Managerβ
The first name of the person who serves as a reference for your organization (e.g.: David).
Last name of the Managerβ
The family name of the manager (e.g.: Cohen).
Phone of the Managerβ
The reachable phone number of the manager, ideally in international format (e.g.: +33 6 12 34 56 78). This number can be displayed on the public site and used in administrative communications.
Email of the Managerβ
The email address of the manager (e.g.: david.cohen@exemple-unisoft.org). Standard email format required (firstname@domain.tld). This address is used:
- As the contact email displayed on the public site
- For the administrative communications sent by Unisoft to your organization
- As the reference contact point for partners (Stripe, bank, public organizations)
Saveβ
Click on Validate at the bottom of the form. A notification confirms the save.
Who to set as manager?β
Depending on the structure of your organization, you can choose among:
- The president of the association
- The treasurer if it is the person who steers the payments and tax receipts
- The general secretary
- The reference rabbi or the spiritual leader of the community
- Any other board member who assumes the role of public reference
The important thing: choose a person actually reachable and authorized to represent the organization to third parties, because it is this person who will be contacted in case of fiscal, banking or administrative question.

- This tab defines the public manager of your organization.
- The four fields are required: first name, last name, phone, email.
- The email must be in a valid standard format.
- These contact details are public and administrative β not a login account.
- Remember to update this information at each board renewal.
