Three things to know right away

Your space is multi-tenant

Each community has its own private space. Your data is never mixed with that of another organization, and only authorized members access it.

Everything is in French, by default

The interface, automatic emails and documentation are in French. Other languages will be added gradually.

You are not alone in your space

The modifications you make are visible in real time by other members of your team. A deletion or a status change is immediate — get into the habit of checking before validating a sensitive action.

When to return to this section

• At first use, read the pages in order.
