Your Unisoft account was created by the team or by another administrator of your community. Here is how to access it for the first time.

Before you start

You must have received, by email from the Unisoft team:

• The login address to your space (most often app.unisoft.world)
• Your email address for identification
• Depending on the configuration of your organization: a password OR the information that you will receive a one-time code by email at each login

Did you not receive anything?

Check your Junk / Spam folder. If nothing arrives, contact the manager who created your account or the Unisoft team at contact@unisoft.world.

Step 1 — Open the login page

   Enter the address in your browser

   Type app.unisoft.world in the address bar and validate. You arrive on the login screen: a Unisoft logo, an email field and a validation button.

   Choose the language (optional)

   A language selector is available at the top right. French is selected by default.

Step 2 — Enter your email

   Enter your email address

   Enter the exact address communicated. Capitals and lowercase letters have no impact — Unisoft treats them identically.

   Validate

   Click on Continue. Unisoft verifies your account and redirects you according to the login method configured for your organization.

Step 3 — Enter your password or your security code

Depending on the configuration of your organization, you see one OR the other of these fields appear.

Login with password

   Enter your password

   Type the password communicated (or the one you have set).

   Check « Stay logged in » (optional)

   If you use a personal and private computer, checking this box avoids having to log in again at each visit. Never check it on a shared computer.

   Click on Sign in

   If everything is correct, you arrive directly on your dashboard.

Login with one-time code

Some organizations prefer to receive a 6-digit code by email at each login (safer than a permanent password).

   Check your mailbox

   Unisoft has just sent you an email containing a 6-digit code. The code expires after 10 minutes.

   Enter the code

   Copy the 6 digits into the field. No need to click on a button: the code is validated as soon as the 6th digit is entered.

   Welcome!

   You arrive on your dashboard.

Code not received?

• Wait 30 seconds, the email may take a bit longer.
• Check your junk mail.
• Click on Resend the code under the entry field.
• If still nothing, check with your administrator that the registered email is the right one.

Resolve a login error

Displayed message	What to do?
"Wrong credentials or password"	Check the email and password. Beware of spaces before/after pasted from an email. If the doubt persists, ask your administrator for a reset.
"Wrong authentication code"	The code is expired or poorly copied. Click on Resend the code and use the most recent.
No email with the code arrives	The email may be in spam, or your registered address is wrong. Contact your administrator.
Blank page / infinite loop	Clear your browser cache or try in private browsing. If the problem persists, report it to the Unisoft team.

Too many failed attempts

For security reasons, after several successive errors, access to your account may be temporarily blocked. Wait a few minutes or contact the Unisoft team.
