User preferences

The User preferences page brings together your personal settings in Unisoft. This is where you decide how you want to be notified by the platform and where you activate your AI assistant Yossi on WhatsApp.

Access it​

Two possible paths:

  • From the user menu: click on your avatar at the top right, then on User preferences.
  • By direct URL: /app/preferences/tabs.

The two tabs​

How it works​

Both tabs are short forms: a few checkboxes, a language selector, a phone field. Modifications are saved as you go:

  • On the Notifications tab, each checkbox change is saved immediately.
  • On the AI Assistants tab, you validate your choices with the Validate button at the bottom of the form.

A confirmation notification is displayed at the top right as soon as the save succeeds.

To remember​

  • User preferences is not in the sidebar: it opens from the avatar at the top right.
  • It is the only page in the user menu accessible to all profiles, not only administrators.
  • Both tabs are independent: you can configure one without touching the other.
  • All preferences are personal: they only apply to you.
