Notifications
The Notifications tab allows you to choose by which channel you want to be notified of the events that concern you in Unisoft: a received donation, a pledge to follow up, a ceiling alert, a weekly summary, etc.
You have two independent toggles, which can be enabled or disabled separately.
Access itβ
- 1
Open User preferences
Click on your avatar at the top right, then on User preferences.
- 2
Select the Β« Notifications Β» tab
It is the first tab by default. The page directly displays the two toggles.
Direct URL: /app/preferences/tabs.
The two togglesβ
Receive notifications by Emailβ
When this box is checked, Unisoft sends you notification emails to the email address of your account. Uncheck it if you no longer want to receive emails from Unisoft (for example because you prefer to consult everything directly in the backoffice).
Receive notifications via the mobile applicationβ
When this box is checked, Unisoft sends push notifications to the Unisoft mobile application (if you have installed it and associated it with your account). Uncheck it if you find push notifications too frequent or if you no longer want to be interrupted on your phone.
Immediate saveβ
No need for a Validate button: as soon as you check or uncheck a box, the change is saved immediately with Unisoft. The next notification you will receive (or not) will take this new setting into account.
What these settings do not disableβ
Some Unisoft sends are transactional and continue to be made, independently of these settings, because they relate to the very operation of the platform:
- Tax receipts sent to your donors when a payment is validated
- Registration confirmation emails sent to participants of a form
- Security emails (password change, new suspicious connection, etc.)
- Transfer confirmation emails to your bank
These messages are essential for the legal and operational functioning of Unisoft: they are not cut by these toggles.
To rememberβ
- Two independent toggles: email and mobile application.
- Each change is saved immediately, no Validate button.
- The setting is personal: it only applies to your account.
- Transactional emails (tax receipts, security) continue to be sent whatever happens.
