View of the Β« AI assistants Β» page

The AI Assistants tab allows you to activate Yossi, the Unisoft AI assistant accessible directly from WhatsApp. Once activated, you send him a message on WhatsApp and he replies in a few seconds based on your organization's data: he can find a contact, create a reminder, register a donation pledge, find a form, and much more.

Access it

  1. 1

    Open User preferences

Click on your avatar at the top right, then on User preferences.

  2. 2

Select the Β« AI Assistants (Beta) Β» tab

It is the second tab, to the right of Notifications.

Direct URL: /app/preferences/tabs.

The three things to fill in

The activation is done in three steps, in any order.

1. Your phone number

The WhatsApp number you will use to chat with Yossi. International format required (for example +33 6 12 34 56 78 for France).

It is by this number that Yossi will recognize you: any message sent from this WhatsApp will be associated with your Unisoft account and your organization.

2. The conversation language

The Conversation language with the assistant selector offers two choices:

  • French (default)
  • English

This is the language in which Yossi will reply to you. You can change it at any time; the change takes effect for future messages.

3. Enable AI assistant via WhatsApp

Check the Enable AI assistant via WhatsApp box. As long as the box is not checked, Yossi will not process your messages.

Validate your choices

Unlike the Notifications tab (immediate save), this tab has a Validate button at the bottom of the form. Click it to save your number, your language and the activation.

A Modifications saved notification is displayed at the top right to confirm.

Start the conversation

Once your choices are validated, a Chat with Yossi button opens WhatsApp directly with the Unisoft number pre-filled. First message sent, first acknowledgment received β€” you are connected.

  1. 1

Click on Β« Chat with Yossi Β»

The button opens WhatsApp (web or mobile depending on your device) on the conversation with the Yossi number.

  2. 2

    Send your first message

A simple "Hello", or directly a request: "Who is David Cohen?", "Remind me to call Sarah LΓ©vy tomorrow", "How much did I receive in donations this week?".

  3. 3

    Pin the conversation

Yossi suggests at the first exchange to pin the discussion in WhatsApp. It is practical: he always remains at the top of your list, ready to be called.

Activation best practices

  • Use a stable number. If you change phones regularly, choose the one on which you plan to keep the same WhatsApp number long term.
  • Check the international format. A poorly prefixed number will not work. The entry component helps you choose the right country code.
  • Don't share your Yossi number with a colleague as if it were a public channel. Yossi replies based on your data and your role; someone else writing from your WhatsApp would have access to the same scope as you.
  • Deactivate if you change role. If you leave the organization or change function, uncheck Enable AI assistant via WhatsApp from this tab to cut off access.

Deactivation

To pause Yossi without deleting your number:

  1. 1

Return to the AI Assistants tab

User preferences β†’ AI Assistants (Beta).

  2. 2

Uncheck Β« Enable AI assistant via WhatsApp Β»

Yossi immediately stops replying to your WhatsApp messages.

  3. 3

    Click Validate

    To save the change.

You can reactivate at any time by re-checking the box and validating. Your number and language are preserved.

To remember

  • This tab activates Yossi on WhatsApp; it does not explain what Yossi can do (see the dedicated doc).
  • Three fields to fill in: phone number, language, activation checkbox.
  • Explicit validation via Validate button (unlike the Notifications tab).
  • One number = one account. To share Yossi between several organizations managed by the same person, contact support.
  • Immediate deactivation by unchecking the box.
