Yossi — Unisoft’s assistant

For:Administrator

Open Yossi from his avatar in Unisoft. On desktop, the conversation opens in a panel; on mobile, it uses a view adapted to your screen. You work in the currently selected organization, with your account’s permissions.

Make a request

Describe the result you need, for example:

  • “Find the contact David Cohen”;
  • “Remind me to call Sarah on Friday”;
  • “Prepare a donation pledge of 100 € for David Cohen”;
  • “Find the community meal form.”

If several people match, choose the correct person from the results. If information is missing, answer the question shown. Yossi responds in the language of the conversation; no personal language setting is needed.

Check and confirm

For actions that require confirmation, check the person, amount, date, and destination in the summary. Confirm only when these details are correct. You can decline or explain what needs to change.

A preparation step or a pending question does not mean the action has been completed. Read the final result and open the relevant record to verify important changes. Available capabilities depend on the enabled tools and your access rights: some requests require manual intervention.

Resume a conversation

Use the history to find and reopen conversations. You can also start a new conversation or delete one from the available actions.

After an interruption, questions and confirmations that are still valid can be resumed. If Yossi reports an interrupted action, check its result in Unisoft before asking him to run it again. A tool error is displayed; it does not confirm success.

Work with a table

For registrations, Data Studio helps you build a view, filter it, and analyze the results. The Explore via Excel pilot offers another workflow for exploration views when your organization has access.

Access from WhatsApp

Yossi’s WhatsApp channel has been retired. Use the chat in Unisoft. WhatsApp message campaigns and the reminder links you send yourself through WhatsApp remain separate features.
