Filter by association
If your Unisoft account manages several associations (a main association and linked entities: annexes, foundations, branches), the Budget module offers an association selector to isolate the view of a specific organization.
When to use the filter?

| You manage a single association | Useless: the filter has only one option, you can ignore it |
| You want to see consolidated cash flow | Select "All associations" |
| You want to isolate a specific association | Select the association in the list |
| You present the Budget to a treasurer of a single entity | Filter on this entity for more clarity |
Where the selector is located

Open the Budget module
In the sidebar, click on Budget.

Locate the selector
The "All associations" selector is located under the sub-header, to the right of the breadcrumb.

Choose an association
Click on the drop-down menu and select:
- All associations — consolidated view
- The name of a specific association — isolated view
Effect of the filter
When you change association, the page automatically reloads and only the containers of the chosen association remain visible.

When opening the Budget page, the default selection is "All associations" to give you an overview. You can filter then according to your needs.
Concrete example
You manage the main association "Paris Community" and an annex "Hospital Chaplaincy". On the Budget page:
- Filter "All associations": you see the Paris Main cash register + the Chaplaincy Main cash register + all the booklets of both. Total balance:
8,500 €(for example). - Filter "Paris Community": only the Paris booklets remain visible. Total balance:
7,200 €. - Filter "Hospital Chaplaincy": only the chaplaincy booklets. Total balance:
1,300 €.
Permissions
The selector only displays the associations to which you have read access. If you manage several entities but only have rights on some of them, only those will appear in the menu.
