View the details of a booklet

On the Budget page, the preview on each card only shows the latest operations. To view the complete history of a booklet, you open its detail window.

Open the detail of a booklet​

    Go to the Budget page

    In the sidebar, click on Budget.

    Locate the booklet card

    Find the card of the booklet that interests you in the grid.

    Click on Β« View More Β»

    At the bottom right of the card, click on the View More link. A modal window opens with the complete table of operations.

Anatomy of the operations table​

The table displays all the operations of the booklet, without pagination by default. Four columns:

DateDate of the operation, complete format (day, day of the week, month, year)
LabelName or description of the operation
AmountAmount with color code: green for entries (+), red for outflows (βˆ’)
View moreButton with an eye icon that opens the source of the operation
The detail window lists all the operations with sorting and link to the source.

Sort the table​

Click on the header of a column to sort the table by this column:

A second click reverses the direction of the sort.

Open the source of an operation​

Each line contains an eye button ("View more") in the right column. Clicking it opens in a new tab the page of origin of the operation.

Depending on the type of operation, the destination differs:

To read: this booklet has accumulated donations + internal transfer βˆ’ material expense = positive current balance.

Performance​

The table loads all the operations of the booklet in a single request. For a booklet with a few hundred operations, loading is instantaneous. Beyond a few thousand, expect a few seconds.

The detail window is made for quick consultation. To export or analyze more in depth, use the exports of the Payments module which contain the same enriched data.
