Read a booklet card
On the Budget page, each container (main cash register, dedicated booklet, fund, campaign, Event Journey) is represented by a card. Understanding the anatomy of a card allows you to read your Budget quickly and to act directly from this view.
Anatomy of a cardβ
A card is divided into three vertical areas:

The header: title and balanceβ

To the left of the header, the name of the container is displayed. Depending on the type, the format changes slightly:
| Container type | Title format |

| Dedicated booklet | The label you entered (e.g.: Prayer hall renovation) |
| Fund | The name of the fund (e.g.: 2026 Youth trip) |

The Β« Transfer Β» buttonβ
Just to the left of the title, an icon with two opposing arrows (transfer) opens the funds transfer window from this booklet to another.
On hover, the tooltip displays "Transfer to another booklet".
See Transfer funds between booklets.
The main balanceβ
To the right of the header, the booklet balance is displayed large with a color code:
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Positive balance |
| Red | Negative balance |
| Blue | Balance at zero |
The balance is expressed in the main currency of the booklet. If the booklet accumulates operations in several currencies, a "Detail" panel appears in the body.
The body: multi-currency detail and operationsβ
"Amount detail" panel (multi-currency)β
If the booklet contains operations in more than one currency, a panel "Amount detail (without conversion)" appears at the top of the body. By clicking on it, it opens and displays the subtotal per currency, without conversion:
Amount in β¬ : +1,500.00 β¬
Amount in $ : +320.00 $
Preview of the latest operationsβ
Below the multi-currency panel, the card lists the latest operations of the booklet (usually the 5 most recent), one per line:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Label | On the left, the name of the operation (e.g.: "Donation from David Cohen", "Transfer to Renovation") |
| Amount | On the right, the amount with a sign: +1,800 β¬ (entry, in green) or β500 β¬ (outflow, in red) |
If the booklet has no operation, a message "No data available" is displayed.
This list is only a preview. To see all the operations with sorting and filters, click on View More at the bottom of the card.
The footer: Business Units and Β« View More Β» buttonβ
Business Unit assignment (multi-organization)β
To the left of the footer, a Β« Business Unit Β» button appears if:
- You are connected with an administrator account (
access.type = ADMIN) - Your organization has at least one Business Unit configured
- The booklet is of type Booklet, Form, Fund or Campaign (not the Main cash register, not an Event Journey)
The button allows you to assign this booklet to a specific Business Unit to filter it later. See Assign a booklet to Business Units.
The Β« View More Β» buttonβ
To the right of the footer, the View More button opens a modal window with the complete table of operations of the booklet, sortable by date, label or amount.
See View the details of a booklet.
Special behaviorsβ
Automatically hidden cardsβ
To keep the page readable, some cards are not displayed in the following cases:
| Type | Masking condition |
|---|---|
| Campaign | If the balance is at zero (campaign without received donations) |
| Fund with goal | If the balance is at zero (empty fund that has a defined goal) |
The Main cash register and dedicated booklets are always visible, even at zero balance.
Card being loadedβ
While data is loading, the card displays an animated gray skeleton. Once the data is received, the content appears without reloading the page.
