Preview: Filter my pledges

Advanced filters let you target a precise subset of pledges for analysis, follow-up or export. All filters combine: "pledges of €500 and above, on the 2026 gala, for the main association, not yet fulfilled" is a legitimate question the filters can answer in a few clicks.

Open the filters panel

  1. 1

    Open the Pledges module

    Sidebar β†’ Finance β†’ Pledges. Route /app/promesses/list.

  2. 2

    Click the Filters icon

At the top right of the list, next to the contact search bar, click Filters.

  3. 3

    The panel displays

All available filters appear. You can enable one or several.

Filter details

Association

If your organization manages several legal entities (for example Main Association + Annex Cultural Association), this filter lets you target one or several entities.

Multi-select behavior: you can check several associations to include them all in the selection.

Occasions

Autocomplete from occasions actually present in your pledges. If you never entered a pledge for "Sukkot", that occasion will not appear.

You can select several occasions simultaneously (for example "Rosh Hashana" + "Yom Kippur" for a review of the Tishrei holidays).

Type

Autocomplete from the types present in your pledges. Typical examples:

  • Aliyah
  • Hagbaha
  • Honor
  • General donation

You can select several.

Booklet

Single select β€” select the destination budgetary booklet or campaign. Useful to track commitments feeding a specific project:

  • "Works 2026" Booklet
  • "Student scholarship" Campaign
  • Main cash register

Amount

Min – max range in current currency. Examples:

  • min 500: all commitments of €500 and above
  • max 100: all small donations
  • min 500, max 5000: the "middle class" of commitments

Creation date

From – to range. Filter on the date the pledge was recorded in Unisoft (different from the occasion date).

Useful for:

  • Comparing pledge volumes from one period to another
  • Identifying pledges created during a post-gala entry session
  • Annual review of commitments made

Combine filters: concrete examples

Example 1: Prepare the follow-up of a gala

All pledges from the 2026 Gala not yet fulfilled, above €180, to prioritize the follow-up of the largest commitments.

  1. Tab Pending or In progress (to combine with the Settled tab masked)
  2. Filter Occasions β†’ 2026 Gala
  3. Filter Amount β†’ min 180

Result: the list of donors to call in priority.

Example 2: Review of a specific campaign

All pledges (all statuses) linked to the Student scholarship campaign.

  1. Filter Booklet β†’ Student scholarship
  2. Navigate between Pending / In progress / Settled tabs to see where each pledge stands

Then combine with the CSV export for a complete report.

Example 3: Small donations from an annex association

All pledges below €100 for the Cultural Association, created this year.

  1. Filter Association β†’ Cultural Association
  2. Filter Amount β†’ max 100
  3. Filter Creation date β†’ January 1 β†’ December 31

Example 4: Identify commitments made at a specific event

All pledges created on the day of the gala (October 12, 2026).

  1. Filter Creation date β†’ 10/12/2026 β†’ 10/12/2026

Useful to compare with accounting splits or your fundraising chart on the evening itself.

Reset filters

To start fresh with a complete view:

  1. 1

    Reopen the Filters panel

  2. 2

Click 'Reset' or individually uncheck each filter

  3. 3

    The list refreshes automatically

Unisoft does not (yet) provide a way to save a combination of filters as a named query. To re-run the same analysis regularly:

  • Note the filters in an internal procedure
  • Use the Explore module for more advanced and reusable queries

Filters and KPIs

The KPIs at the top of the page (Total amount, Paid, Remaining, Count) are recalculated in real time with each filter change. You immediately see the impact of your selection.

Filters and export

The CSV export takes the active filters into account. You therefore get a file that exactly matches your selection.
