Create multiple pledges (Express mode)
Express mode is designed for the quick entry of several pledges sharing a common context: same occasion, same date, same association. You fill in the context once, then add as many rows as there are committed donors.
Typical use case
Leaving your annual gala, you have collected 23 verbal pledges: David Cohen for €1,800, Sarah Lévy for €540, Yossi Mizrahi for €250, etc. Instead of entering the same occasion 23 times, you use Express mode:
- You fill in once: occasion "Gala 2026", date "October 12, 2026", main association.
- You add 23 rows: contact + reason + amount.
- You validate: Unisoft creates all 23 pledges at once.
Time saving: from 30 minutes to 5 minutes for 20-30 pledges.
Before you start
Prepare the list of donors and their amounts. Ideally in table form:

All contacts must already exist in Unisoft. If a donor does not have a profile, create it before launching Express mode from the Contacts module.
Procedure

Open the Pledges module
From the sidebar, Finance → Pledges (route
/app/promesses/list). - 2
Access Express mode
At the top right of the list, click the ⋮ button (secondary actions menu) then Record multiple Pledges. The Express modal opens.

Choose the association
If you manage multiple entities, select the one to which all the pledges will be linked. The currency will be determined by this choice.

Enter the shared occasion
The Occasion field is an autocomplete. This occasion will be applied to all the pledges in the session.
Example: "Gala 2026"

Add a first row
Click Add a Pledge to display a first row with three fields:
- Contact: select the donor
- Reason: descriptive label ("Main donation", "Team support"…)
- Amount: pledged sum

Add the next rows
Click Add a Pledge again for each new donor. No row limit.
If you make a mistake, click the red − icon to the right of the row to delete it.

Choose the shared date
At the very bottom of the form, select the date applied to all the pledges (occasion date).

Validate
Click Validate. Unisoft creates all the pledges simultaneously and displays them in the Pending tab.

To save time, these fields are common to all rows:

Limitations of Express mode

| No different currency from one row to another | The currency is unique for the entire session (that of the association) |
After validation
All the pledges are created simultaneously. They share:
- ✅ The same occasion
- ✅ The same date
- ✅ The same association (and therefore the same currency)
They differ in:
- The donor
- The reason
- The amount
The module's KPIs are immediately recalculated. You can then switch to View grouped by occasion to visualize the complete review of your event.
