Combine several filtersβ
The filters add up: a subscription only appears in the list if it satisfies all the active criteria.
Example 1 β GoCardless direct debit auditβ
Goal: see all automatic direct debits above 50 β¬ created this year.
| Filter | Value |
|---|---|
| Method | Direct debit |
| Platform | GoCardless |
| Minimum amount | 50 β¬ |
| Creation date | 01/01/2026 β 31/12/2026 |
Example 2 β Large recurring donorsβ
Goal: spot the donors who contribute significantly each month to thank them personally.
| Filter | Value |
|---|---|
| Method | (all) |
| Minimum amount | 100 β¬ |
| Tax receipt | Yes |
Example 3 β Old subscriptions to win backβ
Goal: identify subscriptions created more than 3 years ago (so with a card probably renewed several times).
| Filter | Value |
|---|---|
| Method | Bank card |
| Creation date | To: 17/05/2023 |
Combined with the In progress tab, you get the list of long-time loyal donors.
Combining filters and status tabsβ
The filter panel does not replace the status tabs β it complements them. A filter applies within the active tab.
Combined example: Expired card tab + Minimum amount 50 β¬ filter β you see the large subscriptions blocked by an expired card, to handle as a priority.
Clear the filtersβ
To quickly clear all active filters:
- 1
Click on βResetβ
In the filter panel, at the top.
- 2
All criteria are emptied
The list once again shows all subscriptions of the active tab.
Filter persistenceβ
Filters are kept during your session: if you change tabs or if you open the details of a subscription then come back, your filters remain active. They are not kept if you close the browser or log out.
