Payments KPIs
The Payments block of the dashboard groups five synthetic indicators about the money collected by your community. It gives you an immediate reading of the financial activity, without any filter to apply.
The 5 indicators in a table

Understanding the figures
All amounts are gross
The KPIs display the gross amount — that is, the sum paid by donors, before platform bank fees are deducted (Stripe, PayGreen, GoCardless…).
- It's the right figure for internal communication (« we collected €12,480 this month ») and for tax declaration (donors deduct on the gross paid).
- It is not the figure that appears on your bank statement — that one is the net, after fees.

Periods are calendar-based

The average amount is over the entire history
The Average amount KPI doesn't stop at the current year: it's the arithmetic mean of all completed payments since the beginning. It serves as an average-basket indicator across your entire activity.
For an average basket over a given period (month, quarter), go through the filtered Payments list — the « Average amount » KPI of the list recomputes based on your filters.
Currency: it all depends on the selector at the top
The 5 indicators are always in the currency of the organization selector:
- If you've chosen « All Associations in € » → all figures in €
- If you've chosen « All Associations in $ » → all figures in $
- If you've selected a specific association → all figures in the default currency of that association

A See more link at the bottom of the block takes you directly to the full Payments list, where you can:
- Filter by campaign, fund, donor, payment method
- Compare gross vs net (bank fees)
- Export for the accountant
- Search for a specific payment
What to do with these figures
Track the month's pace
Compare This month vs Today: if « Today » already represents 10% of the current month, it's a good day.
Anticipate the annual close
Compare This year vs Last year at the same moment of the year:
- On June 30, if you're at 55% of N-1's total, you're ahead.
- If you're at 35%, it's time to follow up.
Detect a weak month
If This month stagnates while Today has been at zero for 3 days, it may be that an automation broke: check the subscriptions Recurring payments and the last synchronization of your payment platform.
