View and download your invoices

Pour :Administrateur
View of the 'view invoices' page

This page walks you step-by-step through using the Invoices page (/app/factures/list): download the PDFs, filter by type and β€” if your plan includes it β€” adjust your commission rate.

Open the page

  1. 1

    Click on your avatar

At the top right of the backoffice, open the user menu by clicking on your avatar.

  2. 2

    Choose β€œInvoices”

Select the Invoices entry from the dropdown menu. The page opens on /app/factures/list.

Reading the list of invoices

The central table lists all the invoices issued by Unisoft to your organization, sorted by date descending (most recent at the top).

The columns

ColumnContentSort / filter
DateIssue date and time, e.g. Monday, May 5, 2026 at 9:00 AMSortable (chronological order)
TypeColored tag: Commissions (green) or Software (red)Filterable (funnel), not sortable
DocumentPDF button that opens the invoiceβ€”

Concretely: the table can be sorted by Date (click on the header to reverse the chronological order). The Type column is filterable (click on the funnel to see only Commissions or Software invoices), but not sortable.

Filter by type

Click on the funnel icon in the Type column header to see only one type of invoice:

  • Commissions: summary of the commissions charged on online payments over the period.
  • Software: subscription invoice for the Unisoft platform.

This is useful for example to send to your accountant only the invoices of a given type.

Pagination

The table displays 10 invoices per page. Use the arrows at the bottom to browse older pages.

Download an invoice in PDF

  1. 1

    Find the invoice

Identify the invoice by its date and type. Filter if necessary to reduce the list.

  2. 2

    Click on the PDF icon

In the Document column, click on the button with the PDF icon. The invoice opens in a new tab.

  3. 3

    Save locally

Use your browser's save function (Ctrl+S or Cmd+S) to keep a copy on your computer.

The "Commission management" card

This card only appears if your plan includes commissions. It sits at the top of the page, above the list of invoices.

It gathers three elements:

The current commission rate

Shown at the top right of the card, as a numeric field with the % suffix. This is the percentage that Unisoft charges on each online payment collected.

The settled amount and remaining amount

On the same line, two indicators:

  • in green on the left: Total Amount Settled β€” the sum of the commissions already charged for the current period;
  • in red on the right: Total Amount Remaining β€” the sum that can still be charged before reaching the negotiated cap.

The progress bar

A horizontal bar that visualizes your progress toward the annual or period cap:

  • empty bar: you are far from the cap;
  • half-bar: you have consumed half of your cap;
  • full bar: you have reached the cap β€” you probably need to renegotiate the plan with Unisoft.

Adjust your commission rate

If Unisoft has agreed to revise your rate downward (or upward, depending on your volume), you can change the percentage directly from this card.

  1. 1

    Locate the β€œCommission Percentage” field

At the top right of the Commission management card.

  2. 2

    Enter the new rate

Use the field's arrows or type the value directly. Decimals are allowed (comma separator), for example 1.5 for 1.5%.

  3. 3

    The rate is applied immediately

The new rate is saved as soon as you validate the field. The card's statistics (settled amount, remaining, progress bar) recalculate automatically.

Practical case: prepare the annual accounting closing

Scenario: end of December, you are preparing the file for the chartered accountant.

  1. 1

    Gather the year's Software invoices

Filter by type Software. Download the 12 monthly invoices (or the number corresponding to your subscription period).

  2. 2

    Gather the year's Commissions invoices

Filter by type Commissions and download each invoice (generally one per month).

  3. 3

    Cross-check with the transfers

On the Transfers page, list the year's transfers. The transferred amount + commissions must match the volume of online payments collected.

  4. 4

    Send to the chartered accountant

Send the entire set of PDFs in a folder organized by month or by quarter.

Pitfalls to avoid

PitfallWhyHow to avoid it
Changing the commission rate without Unisoft's agreementThe rate is contractual; a unilateral change can be invoiced differentlyAlways renegotiate beforehand with the sales team
Forgetting to download invoices before a plan changeOld invoices remain accessible, but it is better to have them locallySystematically download the previous month's invoices
Confusing Commissions invoice and bank transferThe invoice is the accounting issuance; the transfer is the financial flowSee the Transfers page for tracking bank flows

Key takeaways

  • The Invoices page shows all Unisoft invoices issued to your organization, sorted by date descending.
  • The filters by type (Commissions / Software) let you target a category.
  • The PDF button of each row opens the invoice in a new tab.
  • The "Commission management" card (plan with commissions) shows your rate, the settled amount, the remaining and a progress bar toward the cap.
  • The rate adjustment applies immediately but must always be preceded by an agreement with Unisoft.
