The donation page is the permanent public donation collection page of your Unisoft organization. Unlike a fund (temporary fundraising with a precise goal) or a campaign (one-off communication action), the donation page remains accessible 24/7, all year round, at the same URL.

It's the default entry point when a donor simply wants to support you, without any particular context.

What do you want to do?

Public URL of your donation page

Depending on your organization's configuration, the donation page URL takes two forms:

ConfigurationPublic URL
Organization without full websiteSite root, for example https://my-community.unisoft.world/
Organization with full website (offer including the Website module)Dedicated subpage https://my-community.unisoft.world/don

Distinguish donation page, fund and campaign

These three tools may seem close β€” here's how to choose:

ToolWhen to use itDurationNumerical goal?
Donation pageReceive donations continuously, with no particular causePermanentNo
FundCollect for a precise project (renovation, equipment, one-off action)LimitedYes, generally
CampaignActively solicit your contacts by email/SMS over a periodLimitedOptional

The donation page and funds can coexist: the donation page remains your main entry point, and each fund can generate its own direct link (see Link to a specific fund).

What the donation page handles automatically

Once published, your donation page handles everything:

  • Multilingual: only the editorial content translates per language (the image, video, carousel and buttons remain common).
  • Multi-currency: if your organization accepts multiple currencies (EUR, USD, ILS, GBP), the donor can choose theirs via a selector on the page.
  • One-time or recurring donation: the choice between single payment and subscription is made in the payment tunnel, after clicking on an amount button.
  • Tax receipt: if your organization is authorized to issue tax receipts (public interest association in France, religious association, legal equivalent in your country), the receipt is generated and sent automatically by email after each donation. For the details of the conditions, see Tax receipts.
  • Fund targeting: by default, free donations feed the main cash register of your organization. You can also share a specific URL that directs the donation to a specific fund.
