Campaigns
A campaign is a fundraising operation built around a numerical goal, a time period, a target audience and a dedicated public page. It is designed to mobilize a community around a strong project: construction, renovation, equipment purchase, supporting a cause, annual fundraising, charity gala, etc.
Three differences from other fundraising modules
| Module | When to use it |
|---|---|
| Campaign | Large-scale operation with a numerical goal, teams, traffic sources and possible live screen |
| Fund | One-off, lightweight fundraiser with no team or source |
| Event Journey | Linked sessions over time (Shabbat, holidays, course series) |
The campaign is the most powerful tool: customizable URL, fully modular public page, several competing teams, ambassadors with individual goals, fundraising screen for the big night.
Possible progress logics
Depending on the goal, a campaign's progress bar can count different things. You choose the logic during the activation request (see Create a campaign) — the Unisoft team then configures the campaign based on your brief.
| Logic | Goal measured in | Use case |
|---|---|---|
| Classic fundraising (most common) | Amount collected | "Raise 50,000 [EUR] for the renovation" |
| Donor count | Number of unique contributors | "Mobilize 500 families" |
| Recurring sponsorships | Number of active monthly commitments | "Find 100 sponsors at 100 [EUR]/month" |
Two options stack on top of any logic:
- Gala: enables the live pledges and presenter screens for the evening of the event
- Ambassadors: lets designated contacts run their own team with a personal goal

Each campaign is served at a dedicated URL of the form
your-campaign.unisoft.world/[slug] (or a custom domain name if you
have set one up). This page contains:
- a banner (desktop + mobile)
- sections of content reorderable by drag-and-drop
- pre-filled payment buttons (the products)
- counters ("123 donors", "50,000 [EUR] collected")
- if teams mode is enabled, the visitor can be assigned to a team
through a URL of the form
your-campaign.unisoft.world/[slug]/[team] - if a source is tracked, the URL includes
