Create a campaign

Pour :Administrateur

Why this procedure?

A campaign is a more structuring operation than a fund: it can mobilize several traffic channels, several teams, a live gala screen, a custom domain. The Unisoft team takes the time to frame the project with you before setting it up, to avoid an approximate configuration that would show on the big day.

Procedure

  1. 1

    Prepare your brief

Before sending the request, think about:

    • The name of your campaign
    • The goal (amount, number of donors or number of sponsorships)
    • The dates of start and end
    • The progress logic you want (classic fundraising on an amount, unique donor count, or recurring sponsorships) β€” describe it in your own words
    • Whether you want a live gala screen or an ambassadors module
    • Whether you want a custom domain (e.g. don.mycommunity.fr)
  2. 2

    Send the activation request

From the Campaigns menu of your backoffice, you access the request page. Click the Create my campaign button β€” an external form opens (https://kehila.mimtech.fr/demandecampagne).

You fill in your brief there. You can also write to contact@unisoft.world if you prefer an email exchange.

  3. 3

Exchange with the team (within 48h)

The Unisoft team gets back to you to validate the technical parameters (goal, type, live options, main currency, domain).

  4. 4

The campaign appears in My Campaigns

Once created by the team, your campaign appears in the My Campaigns list (/app/campagne/list) β€” disabled by default. You can then configure it freely:

  5. 5

    Enable on launch day

When everything is ready, enable the campaign from the Actions menu in the list. The public page then becomes accessible.

Specify the campaign type in your request

A campaign can follow several progress logics depending on what you want to measure. In the request form, indicate to the Unisoft team what you want to track β€” they then configure the campaign so that the goal and progress bar match your need.

The main scenarios you can describe:

A classic fundraising (goal as amount)

The goal is an amount to reach. Progress accumulates donations received, regardless of the number of contributors.

Example: "Raise €50,000 to renovate the great hall"

An operation based on the number of donors

The goal is a number of contributors, regardless of the individual amount. Progress counts unique donors. Suitable for mobilization campaigns where you seek massive support.

Example: "1,000 families at €10 each"

A sponsorship operation with recurring commitments

The goal is a number of recurring commitments at a regular amount. Progress counts active sponsorships. Suitable for long-term subscriptions.

Example: "100 sponsors at €50 per month for one year"

Options to request from creation

Some options are easier to request at creation:

GalaEnables the live Pledges + Presenter screens for fundraising evenings
AmbassadorsEnables the Ambassadors module with leaderboard
Custom domainURL like don.mycommunity.fr instead of the default Unisoft URL
Multi-currencyPublic page with currency selector for international communities
