The Forms module of Unisoft lets you design customized collection pages for your visitors: event registration, ticket sales, survey, appointment booking, certificate request, etc.

Each form is published at a public URL that you share (direct link, QR code) and each submission automatically returns to your backoffice for processing.

Two families of forms

Unisoft distinguishes forms based on whether the form collects a payment or not.

The switch is made in the creation wizard, on the Payment & Confirmations tab (Enable Payment toggle).

Two editors to choose from

When creating a form, you choose the editor that will be used to compose the page content:

Editor	For whom	What it offers
Simplified (recommended)	Everyone	Drag-and-drop, multilingual, field-by-field configuration
Advanced	Experienced users	Sections, columns, conditions, custom CSS

The choice is made in the wizard, on the Required tab, via the Editor type selector. Once saved, this choice determines which Edit Form Content button is displayed on the form profile.

Start with simplified

The simplified editor covers the vast majority of cases (registrations, ticket sales, surveys, donations). Only switch to advanced if you need free layout (two columns side by side) or complex conditional logic. See Simplified editor vs advanced editor.

Built-in multi-payment

On paid forms, your visitors can pay by bank card (and Apple Pay / Google Pay on compatible devices). You can also accept other methods (cash, checks, transfers) which will require manual validation on your end.

Block Forms: zero duplication

If you systematically ask for the same information ("child selection", "certificate"), create a Block Form once and include it everywhere via the Block Form field of the simplified editor. See Block Forms.

Reusable email templates

Rather than rewriting the same confirmation message every time, create an email template in /app/templates/email and associate it with your forms. See Email templates.

Forms feed the entire ecosystem

A paid submission feeds a Payment and therefore the Budget. An identified submission creates or updates a Contact. You can also include your forms in a Campaign or an Event Journey.
