Settings are organized into essential information, payment, publishing, and design. Search finds advanced options such as products, stock, payment methods, recurring payments, tax receipts, manual approval, promo codes, emails, identity requirements, URL, SEO, redirects, and custom statuses.

The Ready to publish checklist validates the name, content or products, destination account for paid forms, readable URL, and confirmation email. Drafts save work in progress, preview has no payment, email, or submission side effects, and history helps track changes. Unneeded drafts can be deleted from the list.
