Google Contacts: availability and import
Google Contacts import remains unavailable until it is enabled in your environment. A card in Integrations does not mean the connection is ready to use. If it shows Status unavailable, use file import.
When the integration is enabled
The workflow lets you choose a Google account, the contacts to include, and the information to import. Select all contacts or specific labels, then choose the fields you need and the country for phone numbers without an international dialing code.
By default, the import fills empty values and preserves existing values in Unisoft. Replacing values requires an explicit choice. Review the proposed matches and resolve ambiguous cases before confirming the import.
This is a selected, reviewed import from Google into Unisoft. It is not a permanent two-way synchronization. Publishing terms and a privacy policy does not activate the connection.
