A Fund is useless if it is not seen. Unisoft automatically generates everything needed to distribute your Fund via any channel — WhatsApp, email, paper poster, or direct integration on an external site — without any additional configuration.

Open the sharing modal

From the Funds list (/app/cagnottes/list), click the link icon (chain) to the right of the Fund's row. The sharing modal opens.

You will find three sections:

1. Short link — reduced URL, ready to copy
2. QR code — downloadable image
3. Iframe — HTML code to paste on an external site

Short link

The short link is a reduced URL of type https://your-site.unisoft.world/links/PAIEMENT which redirects to the Fund's public page.

   Copy the link

   Click the copy button next to the link. The link is instantly in your clipboard — a visual confirmation appears.

   Paste wherever you want

   WhatsApp, SMS, email, Facebook post, Instagram story, email signature: anywhere you can paste text.

Why a short link?

A short link is easier to memorize, takes fewer characters (useful for SMS), and also allows Unisoft to measure clicks: if you compare two distribution channels, you will know which performs best.

Automatic multi-currency and multi-language

If your Fund is configured in multi-currency (EUR + USD + ILS for example) or multi-language (FR + EN), the short link automatically detects the currency and the language of the visitor:

• According to the donor's browser
• According to the detected country
• With the possibility of manually switching on the page

You only have a single link to distribute regardless of the audience.

QR code

The QR code is generated on the fly by Unisoft: a phone scans, the public page opens. Ideal for:

• Posters in the community (entrance, notice board, event hall)
• Flyers distributed at an event
• Hall screen projected at the end of a speech
• Event business cards

   Choose the size

   Three sizes are offered (small, medium, large) depending on the targeted print quality.

   For an A4 poster read at 2 m, use the large size. For an A6 flyer, medium is enough.

   Download in PNG

   Click Download. The PNG is saved in your downloads folder, ready to be inserted in Canva, Photoshop, Word, Pages, etc.

   Test the scan

   Before printing in quantity, scan the QR code from your phone (any recent camera detects it). Check that the donation page opens correctly.

Print contrast

A QR code must be printed in black on white background (or with very strong contrast). Avoid "QR code in a color of your brand" designs: they will not scan correctly on all phones.

Iframe (integration on an external site)

The iframe is a block of HTML code that allows embedding the Fund directly inside another site (institutional site, blog, WordPress page, etc.). The donor stays on your site, but the donation form is the Unisoft one.

   Copy the iframe code

   In the sharing modal, Iframe section, click the copy button. You retrieve an HTML code of the type:

   Paste into your external site

   Depending on your CMS:

   • WordPress: add a "Custom HTML" block and paste
   • Wix / Squarespace: add a "code embed" widget
   • Hand-made site: paste directly into the HTML

   Adapt the height if necessary (the donation page is tall — count 900 to 1,200 px depending on the content).

Iframe and tax receipt

A donation made via an iframe is strictly identical to a donation on the direct public page: automatic tax receipt, accounting on the right Booklet, anonymization managed. No accounting difference.

Use case: gala with projected QR code

During the opening speech of the gala, the rabbi presents the Fund of the year. At the end of his intervention:

   The QR code appears on screen

   Prepare a full screen slide with the QR code (large format), the Fund's title, and a short call to action.

2. 2

   Guests scan simultaneously

   All phones scan at the same time. The donation page opens, multi-currency + multi-language auto.

3. 3

   You track in real time

   On your phone, open the list of payments of the Fund (card icon in the list) to see contributions arrive. You can even announce the amounts live.

Use case: email campaign

For an announcement to all donors:

   Prepare a short email

   Impactful subject ("Help us renovate the prayer room"). Short text (3-4 sentences). Well-visible CTA button.

2. 2

   Insert the short link

   The "Donate" button points to the short link. A line below: "Or copy: [link]" for mail clients that do not display buttons.

   Send via Unisoft Campaigns

   Use the Campaigns module to segment (for example: exclude donors who have already contributed to this Fund).
