Prepare a postal export

In Advanced search, apply your filters, select the visible contacts or all filtered results, then choose Export → Postal export.

Unisoft groups people from the same family at the same normalized address to reduce duplicate mail. The household recipient may therefore be someone who was not visible on the current results page.

The file includes Recipient, Title, Last name, First name, Address, Postal code, City, State/Region, Country, and Family. No file is produced if the selection has no usable address. For analysis, use the general Excel export and select the identity, contact, address, system, financial, and custom-field columns you need.
