Manage address access details

From a contact's main address or a map popup, save an entry code and instructions for visits or deliveries.

Choose Shared at this address to make the information appear for every contact with the same normalized address, or For this contact to keep it on one record. Codes are masked by default and can be revealed or copied when needed. Contact read permission is required to view them; edit permission is required to create, change, or delete them.

Treat these details as sensitive, keep them current, and do not include them in general exports.
